21 minutes into Celtic's Scottish Premiership match against Kilmarnock on Saturday, U.S. international Cameron Carter-Vickers let fly from distance, scoring a worldie of an effort from nearly 30 yards.
The central defender made it 3-0 to the with his effort, being swarmed by teammates as Celtic Park erupted with noise to celebrate the goal. His first of the regular season, Carter-Vickers helped Celtic to a 5-1 victory.

Carter-Vickers started and played 90 minutes for the USMNT in the third-place game at the CONCACAF Nations League in March, and has been a mainstay in the program in recent years. He has made 18 appearances for the program, but has yet to score his first goal in national team colors.
For Celtic, he's made 27 appearances this season, starting 26 of them. Back in November, he scored his first goal of the 2024-25 campaign for the Scottish side, bagging in the League Cup Final Stage – though Saturday was his first of the Premiership this year.
